Hello everyone!
So, I am the UN Club President of my school, and me and my advisor wanted to get a competition started in my region (Birmingham, AL) sometime in late March 2009. I have had almost three years of experience now with MUN, but I have only really gotten to see what a delegate sees, and not any of the pre-conference and behind-the-scenes stuff.
So... I was wondering if there was anyone out there who has had this type of experience, and maybe could give me some tips and tricks on how to get everything going.
