This seems to be more of a common misconception about the UN. Yes, the US plays a major role in the UN, but I do not see it as the only nation leading it. Since he is an American, it is easy for him to see smaller countries with less power as insignificant to the UN. However, the UN has many countries that are all involved. He looks at the UN as a "tool" for American politicians to spread policies.    Report
